​The Health & Safety Team is delighted to announce that ATS has once again been awarded the RoSPA President’s Award, having achieved a 12th consecutive Gold Award for 2024’s safety performance. 

Now in its 69th year, covering 50 countries and over seven million employees, The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Health and Safety Awards are the world’s largest health and safety awards programme, recognising organisations and individuals who have set the highest standards in accident prevention.

The basis of the 2024 submission centered around the progress ATS has made on its safety culture, ensuring understanding of what good safety culture looks like, with colleagues across the business supporting our safety ethos. In particular, it highlighted our continued focus on Double Reflex; not only watching out for our own safety but also looking out for others.

A big thank you to everyone at ATS who contributed to this Award - we don't progress our safety culture unless everyone throughout the organisation demonstrates their belief in our  ‘No Compromise’ ethos.
