Location: Lancashire, Yorkshire & surrounding areas

Working hours: 40 hours per week

The Opportunity:

ATS Euromaster has an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Co-Ordinator to join the team. You will work flexibly and travel throughout the wider area, demonstrating local knowledge and insight. You will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by role modelling outstanding customer care and managing the performance and development of the Mobile Service Technician team.

As our Mobile Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the performance and development of the Mobile Service Team

• Leading the team to ensure the effective service to all customers, including scheduled service, Mastercare work and Rapid Response breakdowns

• Achieving agreed performance measures and objectives in order to maximise commercial opportunities

• Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do

Requirements:

• Experience of leading a team in a fast paced customer focussed environment

• Current and valid R.E.A.C.T card (desirable)

• Relevant technical qualification in Car & Van Tyre Fitting or relevant experience (desirable)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Some weekend work may be required
