Job description

As Lead Product and Pricing Manager, you will deliver the business sales and margin PA ambition through the management and maintenance of list prices for tyre and tyre related services and in excess of 20 ‘000 SKU’s. Acting as the main point of contact for the business in all aspects of market and internal pricing, providing query resolution whilst enforcing agreed pricing controls.

The Role:

Lead the price change process, coordinating internal teams to ensure successful and efficient implementation within any required or contracted timescales.

Implement new product and service pricing, ensuring that internal invoicing system functions perform accurately and that sales are reported accurately post- implementation.

  • Responsibility for accuracy and audit management of all segment product codes and price files including the resolution of any price/product file queries on an ongoing basis.
  • Produce and communicate price guides or service price schedules as required across the business (e.g. Managers Specials).
  • Devise, recommend and ensure robust analysis of, sales and operations campaigns to enhance unit and volume margin performance.  Model the likely ROI of such campaigns whilst outlining costs and targets. Recommend actions and outline / establish any related internal processes required to ensure success.
  • Support Procurement and Supply Chain with product (re)forecasting and the establishment of brand policy.
  • Collate and distribute campaign performance reports on an ongoing basis as required.

The Person:

  • Product and Pricing management experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in price setting and margin management
  • Very high level of analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Complex problem solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

This role is based from our head office in Aston Cross, Birmingham, working hybrid a minimum of two days in the office.
