Job description
As Ecommerce Business Manager for ATS Euromaster and Tructyre, you will manage and develop the UK ecommerce business, maximising revenue and margin through effective online marketing strategies and web development programs for both B2C and B2B markets.
Acting as the UK representative for the European (ESM) Digital Team to ensure advancements in eCommerce platforms align with UK business requirements, optimising digital leads, conversion rates and average order values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the UK eShop revenue and margin plan.
- Ensure the digital marketing communications budget is allocated across channels and campaigns that maximise ROI and overall contribution margin.
- Manage digital content, including copy, images, and promotional materials.
- Propose developments for the European ecommerce platforms based on UK business requirements for ATSE and Tructyre.
- Develop and implement online marketing plans for B2C and B2B, integrating various channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, social media, and mobile marketing).
- Responsible for online channel integration and development, including websites, mobile sites, ebooking platforms, apps, and microsites.
- Define and monitor key ebusiness performance indicators.
- Develop and manage acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies with related communication plans.
- Drive an integrated approach to target B2B and B2C customers, both online and offline.
- Involve cross-functional collaboration with all departments and establish strong relationships with external suppliers, departmental colleagues, and senior management.
Experience Required:
- Degree or similar level, preferably with a marketing specialism.
- Experience in multi-site, B2C retail marketing and online marketing for B2B and B2C.
- Expertise in digital marketing within a transactional ecommerce environment.
- Experience in managing budgets, projects and stakeholder expectations.
The Person:
- Understanding of the automotive aftercare market is desirable.
- Strong team-working and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work under own initiative and in a fast-paced environment.
Based from our offices at Aston Cross, Birmingham, you will work on a hybrid basis, 2 days a week in the office.
