Customer Support Advisor (Inbound)
Aston, Birmingham
£25,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week across Monday - Sunday between 6am - 8pm
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisorto join our Call Centre team. In this role, you will provide a high standard of Telephone support and handle administrative tasks. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring all service level agreements and performance targets are met.
Duties as a Customer Support Advisor (Outbound):
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, gathering essential customer information.
- Accurately and efficiently log all reported information into our systems.
- Deploy the right resources to the right location, dispatching jobs to our ATS Euromaster teams.
- Work to the highest level of accuracy, ensuring all work meets our quality standards.
- Achieve and maintain your individual KPIs and follow all escalation procedures.
- Adapt your approach to each customer situation, maximising satisfaction.
- Understand and manage customer expectations to meet all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service and working to tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of basic UK geography.
- Proficiency in using IT systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or call centre environment would be ideal.
- A background in managing customer expectations and working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred.
- Familiarity with mapping systems, high-volume calls, or bespoke IT systems would be advantageous.
