The Opportunity:

The salary for this role is between £33,021 - £38,380, this is dependent on experience. We also offer a range of fantastic benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme!

As our Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Running the day to day of a fast fit centre

• The management and development of your team

• Delivering excellent service to our customers

• Achieving agreed performance measures and objectives and maximising sales opportunities

• Be accountable for Health & Safety

• Delivering the required fast fit aspects of the role ( e.g fitment of Tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services)

Requirements as a Centre Manager:

• Experience in a managerial role within a similar industry

• Strong customer service skills

• Mechanical experience is desirable

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate

• Full & Valid UK Driving Licence
