Are you looking to further your career within the automotive industry? ATS Euromaster has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Cwmbran.

 

 

The Opportunity:

 

 

You will play an integral role in supporting the Centre Operations Manager to drive the development and performance of the point of sale (POS). You will be a leader with a high level of technical skill, coupled with management qualities.

 

As our Assistant Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building effective and established relationships within the team to achieve the best results

  • Delivering the required technical aspects of the role, including the fitment of tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services

  • Be accountable for the implementation of our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety across all POS activities

  • Creating a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all staff are recognised and valued

  • Use your current skills and knowledge and drive your career forward with Michelin’s biggest brand.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisor role within the automotive industry

  • IMI level 2 Qualification (or above) is desirable

  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks

  • Flexible and interpersonal approach

  • Full & Valid UK Driving Licence
